We can purchase it and/or download the trial version directly from the developer's website and evaluate it free of charge without registering for a 10-days period. If we like to extend this trial period for 20 days more, we must enter our e-mail address online, in order to receive automatically our registration key via e-mail. It provides a useful tool to protect our files from intruders by encrypting them. We can encrypt any file within our computer, including external devices. From the Main Window, we can select the file we wish to encrypt and choose the encryption method between Advanced Encryption Standard, Simple HEX Encoder, Caesar-3, Caesar-9, Simple XOR, and Advanced XOR. There is a short explanation for each method, how they work, and how secure they are. Some of them require a personal password. We can choose and change quite easily the language from the interface. It is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, and Hungarian. It runs under Windows 2000, XP and Vista operating systems. |
